The high honor was presented to Rebecca in recognition of her “superior level of commitment and dedication to increasing the quality of life for her residents at Baldwin Park.” Ms. Tacy serves as the director of health services at Baldwin Park.
Ms. Tacy was nominated by Baldwin Park’s program director who said, “We are all responsible in this field to work at our maximum capacity with expertise and compassion. It is one thing to maintain an attitude of dedication, but quite another to be both dedicated and inspire dedication in others.” Baldwin Park executive director Jill Sproul added, “The Baldwin Park team and residents are delighted that such a deserving person has been chosen for the 2009 Outstanding Assisted Living Caregiver Award. Rebecca Tacy is an inspiration to us all.”
