Brightview Senior Living, a leading owner and operator of senior living communities, will host a Groundbreaking Ceremony at 9:00am on April 28 to celebrate the commencement of construction on Brightview Greentree, a $33 million community, which will open in summer, 2011. Located at 170 Greentree Road in Marlton, NJ, the new community, named Brightview Greentree, will consist of 171 rental apartments, including 91 Independent Living apartments, 57 Assisted Living apartments, and a 23-apartment neighborhood, known as Wellspring Village, dedicated to Alzheimer’s Care.
Evesham Township Mayor, Randy Brown, will offer remarks on what this new development brings to the area. David Carliner, Brightview Executive Vice President, says, “We are glad to be in Marlton and we look forward to being a good resource for area seniors and their families.”
The community will feature 3 stories, plus a terrace level and will have an architectural style compatible to the surrounding community. The interior is designed to create a gracious, home-like feeling, and residents will have one- and two-bedroom apartment options. The community will feature an internet café, salon, fitness center, movie theater, game room, and pub, plus gardens and patio areas.
