Brightview Senior Living to Build Three-Option Retirement Community in Marlton, NJ

Baltimore, MD – Brightview Senior Living, a mid-Atlantic-region company based in Baltimore, MD has begun construction on their newest senior living community in New Jersey. Located at 170 Greentree Road in Marlton, NJ, the new community, named Brightview Greentree, will consist of 180 rental apartments, including 91 Independent Living apartments, 64 Assisted Living apartments, and a 25-apartment neighborhood, known as Wellspring Village, dedicated to Alzheimer’s Care. The Brightview Greentree Welcome Center is scheduled to open in early summer 2010. Residents could move in as soon as summer 2011.
The community will feature full-service Independent Living apartments on a monthly rental basis. The all-inclusive monthly fee will include private 1 or 2-bedroom apartments, exterior and interior maintenance including full kitchen, washer/dryer, housekeeping, fine-dining meals, scheduled transportation, and utilities. Community amenities will include a fitness center, beauty/barber shop, internet café, pub, movie theater and game room. Local resident Jon Tapner, Brightview’s Regional Director of Operations, commented, “With Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s Care also on campus, Brightview Greentree will bring three important options all together in one convenient community.”
