The basic monthly fee includes:

- Individualized Assistance and Service Plan with Charter Service included
- Nurse available 24 hours a day
- Personal care from friendly staff available 24 hours a day
- Occasional reminders for dining and activities
- Three meals daily plus tasty light fare throughout the day
- All utilities, except personal phone and cable
- Housekeeping
- Laundry services
- Scheduled transportation
- Participation in activity programs and social events
- Personal emergency response pendant included at no additional fee
