Levels of
Service
Our goal is to bring everything together to help residents live a vibrant,
fulfilling life. Monthly fees include the selected apartment as well as all
community amenities and social opportunities – coupled with the individually
tailored Charter Service level best suited to each resident. A Service Level
Assessment conducted by Brightview staff will guide a resident’s Charter
Service level. Subsequent Service Level Assessments are conducted on a regular
basis to ensure changing needs are met.
